  • All photographs and videos created by Your Image Is Our Image are protected by copyright law.

  • Clients receive usage rights as specified in the service contract (e.g., personal use, commercial use).

  • RAW footage or unedited images are not delivered unless explicitly included in the agreement.

5. Delivery of Media

  • Edited images and/or videos will be delivered within the time stated in your contract (typically 2–6 weeks).

  • Final delivery may be via secure download link, USB drive, or cloud folder depending on your package.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen emergencies).

  • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Your Image Is Our Image, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
